Mrs. Mbaaga Caroline Nassanga is a visionary educational leader whose illustrious career spans over 30 years, marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, discipline, and transformative leadership. Since 2010, she has served as the Resident Director at Gayaza Cambridge College of St. Mbaaga, where her strategic vision has propelled the institution to new heights of academic distinction and innovative curriculum development.

A respected figure in the educational community, Mrs. Nassanga also contributes her expertise as a member of the Board of Governors at St. Benedict’s College Kiswera—the first private school in Uganda and a sister institution to Gayaza Cambridge College of St. Mbaaga. Her involvement in both institutions underscores her dedication to nurturing environments that prioritize rigorous academic standards, integrity, and the holistic development of students.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mrs. Nassanga is a proud wife and a dedicated mother of two children while being a  Catholic devout. Her deep-rooted faith is reflected in her Godfearing nature and her enduring love for the Holy Virgin Mary and Christ Jesus, which inspires her compassionate approach to leadership and mentorship.
